Andrea Voss

Andrea Voss, BSN, PHN, CLHP,  is the Vice President of Population Health at Genevive, an RCS Member and the largest geriatric provider and care coordination group in Minnesota. Andrea has nearly 20 years of experience leading large nursing and social work teams, clinical support operations, and change management in a value-based environment. With her team, she has created, implemented, and maintained successful high-risk care coordination strategies, transition management teams, effective risk adjustment processes, and interventions to achieve quality metrics under D-SNP, I-SNP, and Medicare Advantage contracts.

Andrea received a Bachelor of Science, Nursing degree and Public Health Nurse (PHN) certification with an emphasis in Transcultural Nursing from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, MN, she has created educational content for the Home Centered Care Institute and is a Certified Lean Healthcare Professional (CLHP). Andrea sits on the advisory boards of the State of Minnesota Health Care Home Committee and The Women in Leadership Executive Program at Minnesota State University, Mankato, and is a board member of the St. Anthony Community Theater in St. Anthony, Minnesota.
